Spicer Jeffries LLP was formed in 1992 as the successor to the Denver office of Spicer & Oppenheim (formerly Oppenheim, Appel, Dixon & Co.) an international firm based in New York and London. It was a firm known for its expertise in the securities industry and was ranked among the top fifteen firms in the world in terms of size. Our office has been providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to the securities and commodities industry since 1980. Spicer Jeffries LLP, along with four of the largest accounting firms in the United States was selected to implement FINRA's (formerly the NASD) Annual Audit Automation Pilot Program for securities broker-dealers. |
